Characters

Taylor Swift. Do I really need to say more. But in all honesty we are present a view into her life of why she wanted to become a singer and we actually have the moment to see her growth from country into pop. We see her relationship with her mother and was truly is important to her.
Female Representation

So much female power in this documentary. This doc covers all the pressing matters of this time but not in a way the feels like it is being showed down your throat.
That's all great and thanks but the real deets now!
Really good documentary if you enjoy Taylor Swift or are looking to see more about her process in songwriting. It is out on Netflix so get to streaming people.

Rhiannon viewed the film in 2D setting at Eccles Theatre at Sundance Film Festival on 24 January 2020.
